Day 1:
Friday,
July 11, 2025


Golden
Heritage
Banquet

 

Attire: Semi-formal to formal Adding a touch of elegance w/ Gold, White, Black, Navy & Ivory

​Get to know your family during the 6pm cocktail hour in the Atrium before the banquet begins by fellowshipping, mixing and mingling with your family members. Then make your way to the Exhibit Hall and enjoy the Family Photo Booth, Memorial Wall and Family Tree Display. 

​

Opening ceremony begins at 7pm in the Ballroom while dinner will be served between 7:15pm - 8pm. You don't want to miss out as we have prepared a delectable menu for all. 

​

From here sit back and enjoy the ceremony from 8pm - 10pm.  We are excited to celebrate our family's legacy with a touch of gold and historic elements. Exuding sophistication and grace, celebrating the Adams family's achievements and unity. 

Day 2: 
Saturday, 
July 12, 2025

Southern Comfort & Remembrance

 

Attire: Relaxed with  Adams Family T-Shirts

Join us for a day of reflection and a brief ceremony to honor our ancestors, including a moment of silence and a family prayer. Wreaths and flowers will be provided to everyone to place on the graves. 

 

Discover your family roots and enjoy the company of loved ones during our family picnic. We look forward to sharing this meaningful experience with you while playing some traditional games like tug-of-war, kickball, sack races, a family talent show, a story telling circle - where our elders share family stories and a barbeque fish fry in a relaxed, outdoor atmosphere.

Day 3: 
Sunday,
July 13, 2025

Family Faith

 

Attire: All White & Gold Elegant and pure, soft and serene, suitable for a church setting

Join us for a day of fellowship at Union Grove Methodist Church and an early dinner to conclude our time together. We look forward to spending this last day with you.

​

Dinner will be elegant and relaxed yet simple and comfortable. During this time we will reflect on the weekends events, sharing what each person is grateful for, and a closing toast to family, unity, and future gatherings.
